Bulletproof Bengal Spice Tea

Bengal Spice Tea

I was introduced to this tea about 15 years ago by a co worker. We would add milk and honey every afternoon. This tea has a bit of carob in it and that makes it pretty sweet on its own. It is spicy like a chai however there is no caffeine in it. Now that I don’t do sugar honey is totally off the table. Luckily I do healthy fats like coconut oil and butter on the regular so all I needed to do to re create this delicious treat was add stevia.

I love a good cup of Bulletproof tea. Sometimes I have adverse reactions to coffee so I don’t drink it often. This drink is a great alternative to a caffeinated bulletproof tea. The fats wil help keep you full longer and the coconut oil will be put to immediate use and burned for energy.
