Deviled Eggs are naturally Ketogenic when you are thinking of keto in terms or low carb and high fat. I have read recipes in the past where people add brown or white sugar and create a totally not keto deviled eggs recipe.

  1. My “perfect” hard boiled eggs go like this:

Put eggs in cold water in a pot, just enough water to cover them, don’t cover the pot. Cook on high heat until they come to a roaring boil then remove from heat and cover.

For SOFT BOILED (white cooked and yolk soft), let sit covered for 2 mins and immediately transfer eggs to in a bowl of iced, cold water that has enough water to cover the eggs, let the eggs sit in the cold water until you can handle them; peel eggs and enjoy!

FOR HARD BOILED, let sit for 5 mins, then transfer eggs to iced, cold water until you can handle them; peel eggs and enjoy or make this delicious deviled eggs recipe or whatever floats boat.
