Peel and take the seed out of the avocado. Add the avocado, coconut milk and powdered erythritol to the food processor
run the food processor on high for 2-3 minutes, scraping the sides occasionally, until everything is silky smooth.
Melt the Coconut oil and bakers chocolate in a pyrex measuring cup. Heat in 20 second bursts, stirring each time until everything is melted and combined.
Add the stevia , salt and chocolate mixture to the food processor and process for another 1-2 minutes or until everything is combined.
Spray the pyrex dish with coconut oil spray and pour the mix into the dish.
Chill for an hour or until fully hardened.
Slice with a sharp knife and garnish with cold coconut milk.
