Ingredients

  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/8 tsp ginger
  • dash of cinamon
  • dash of ginger
  • 120 ml coconut almond milk
  • 1 tbs mtc oil or coconut oil
  • 2-3 cups of water

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a pot and bring the pot to a boil. Keep an eye on this because if it bubbles over oil is flammable. It might start a grease fire. Turn the heat down to a simmer. Simmer for about 10 minutes or until it has reduced down a bit. Drink while warm. Add a bit of stevia or honey if you like it sweeter.
