Chinese Ketchup Chicken – Keto, Sugar Free, Low carb

Ingredients
30gSugar Free Ketchup - I use Alterna Sweets Spicy Ketchup - if you do not have a spicy ketchup add a dash of Sriracha
1TbsCoconut oil or olive oil
40gCoconut Aminos
10gRed Boat Fish Sauce
10gMaple Extract
1tbsPowdered Swerve
2chopped garlic cloves or granulated garlic
1/2tspground ginger
10mlwhite wine vinegar
Instructions
Chop the chicken into bite sized pieces. Heat the oil in a cast iron skillet. Add the chicken and sprinkle with salt. Brown the chicken until the edges are crispy.
Chop the green onions and set aside.
Mix the sauce ingredients. Add more or less swerve and salt to taste.
Place the onions in the skillet and saute for 2 minutes.
Pour the sauce over the chicken and saute until the sauce has reduced a bit and is sticky.
