Easy Sugar Free Rainbow Sprinkles

Ingredients

Shredded Coconut
3-6
drops
Food Coloring

water
Instructions
Place about half a cup of unsweetened coconut in a small pyrex bowl
Place 3-6 drops of food coloring into each bowl and about a teaspoon of water on top of the coconut.
Stir until your coconut is the desired color. You may have to add more food coloring or water to make the colors that you desire.
Place waxed paper over a rimmed cookie sheet.
Spread the coconut sprinkles over the waxed paper and place in the oven or another dry place undisturbed for 4 hours or overnight.
When your sugar free sprinkles are dried completely put them in a jar and store in the pantry until they are ready to use.
