Chocolate Orange Almond Fat Bombs
drops of liquid stevia
1 ½ -2
pure orange extract
pure vanilla extract
pure almond extract
¼ - ½
Place silicone mold on a tray for easy transferring later.
Place one almond in each mold and sprinkle a pinch of rind on top.
Melt the coconut oil in a large glass measuring cup, storing every 30 seconds.
Add stevia, orange extract, vanilla extract and any remaining rind with the melted chocolate and stir.
Pour the chocolate mixture into each mold.
Freeze for 60 minutes until set.
Store in the freezer or refrigerator.
