Keto and Paleo: Easy Sugar Free Rainbow Sprinkles are real. These Keto and Paleo: Easy Sugar Free Rainbow Sprinkles are attainable and they’re so easy to make! I was inspired by the candy isle. There was weird looking candy with colored shredded coconut and it totally clicked. If the weird colored coconut candy looked yummy to kids then I bed I could re create colored coconut at home and my kid would love it. After testing out a few different colors (and taste testing) I put together this tutorial. Its more of a tutorial than a recipe because its ridiculously easy you make these sugar free rainbow sprinkles.
These Easy Sugar Free Rainbow Sprinkles are great on many things. I have put my Easy Sugar Free Rainbow Sprinkles on cupcakes, in cupcakes to make them look like “funfetti”, on greek yogurt, fat bomb puddings and on avocados. It really helps to have something like this in your pantry when you are raising low carb, keto or paleo eating kiddos. Make it Keto or Paleo its up to you!
Easy Sugar Free Rainbow Sprinkles can be made keto or paleo depending on what you use. I chose to use the easiest food coloring because it was already on hand. If you prefer a more natural dye try one of these all natural options. I would not advise using beets or onions to color these sugar free sprinkles due to the flavor. You want your sugar free sprinkles to taste like coconut, not onions.

GREAT RECIPE.
Thank you! 🌟
I have a 6 year old granddaughter and we are all Keto. I’m sooo happy I found this easy recipe for Sprinkles….what a great way to add color “fun” to cookies/cakes, the Keto Way. I have one question though. How long will they last? Can they be frozen? Thank you so much for this recipe. Her Birthday is coming up too.
Hello! I am so happy for your granddaughter, my Daughter has been eating low carb with me since she was 8 (now 9) and she is totally ok with it. She LOVES the sprinkles. I made them originally to put on top of her birthday cake – if you look in my recipes under cakes its called “Keto Birthday Cake” – That was her 9th birthday cake. I keep the sprinkles in an airtight container in the cupboard. I have not tried to freeze them but I bet they would be fine seeing as it is just coconut. I have kept them in an air tight container for a month using them off and on before running out and having to make a new batch. My daughter loves sprinkles on her yogurts, on top of Sugar Free Jello, Whipped Coconut milk and more. Thanks for checking out the post! 🙂
