I’m on med supervised strict keto total carbs under 20g/day.

Hello! My recipes I list the net carbs not total. I track net so it is easier for me. If you insert the ingredients into a recipe nutrition generator you can factor the macros for yourself. I use an app on my phone called “Stupid Simple Keto”. Cheers!
