What I ate today edition 4
When I started this way of eating I enjoyed the posts where people wrote all about what they ate in a full day of keto eating. I hope that this helps others in their keto paleo meal planning.
Recipe testing
This is a log of my recipe testing day. I worked on two different recipies on this day: Salty and Sweet Chicken with Balsamic, Lime and Cilantro sauce and Strawberry coconut cream gummies. Its hard to eat the right amount of calories when I recipe test. between tasting and seasoning things I sometimes overeat. My macros were not perfect on this day but that’s fine. Don’t sweat the tiny stuff. As long as you are consistent you will see results in the long run.

- 60 ml coconut almond milk, 28 g coconut milk and two peanut butter fat bombs.

- 97 g Fried Cauliflower rice
- 8 oz Salty and Sweet Chicken with Balsamic, Lime and Cilantro sauce

- 60 ml coconut almond milk, 28 g coconut oil, 14 g kerry gold butter
